I’ll guide you when you need it (so you never feel awkward), but most of the time you’ll barely notice I’m there. No fake smiles or awkward staging, just real moments as they naturally unfold.

HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

After conferring with us, just sign the contract sent and pay the deposit to lock it in.

We will collate your information that you have filled out in the questionnaire. Then we will begin putting together a run sheet. We will reach out 1 month before wedding to finalize it.

Finally it’s here. Just chill and focus on your day, We will handle the logistics of the behind the scenes stuff and help keep the day running along. I’ll send off a couple of sneak peaks on the same night and the final gallery will be delivered 4 weeks after.

How far ahead should we book you, and what are the payment terms?

Peak season (spring/summer) typically books 12–18 months in advance. We usually schedule international weddings during the winter months and are happy to accommodate micro‑weddings with as little as one week’s notice. A non‑refundable 25% deposit is required when you sign to secure the date; the remaining balance is normally paid a few weeks before the wedding, though payment terms can certainly be discussed and tailored to your needs.
